Life happens and things come up and plans change. Got it.

 

Your appointment time is time that I have reserved for you in my day. If you can’t make it, I need 24 hours notice so that I can possibly give that time to someone else. This is my livelihood.

 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a fee equivalent to the cost of the service you booked for. 30 minutes late counts as cancelled as we will no longer have enough time to complete the session. Any outstanding late cancellation fees must be paid before rebooking.

 

Ways to avoid incurring these charges:

• Clearly and carefully write down or enter your appointment time/date into your calendar. If you book online, my system will send you a reminder email, but still: set yourself a reminder if you need one.

• If, as the date approaches, you are not feeling well due to an illness, err on the side of caution and reschedule. I’d rather not share your cold. I get enough of my own through my kids.

• Plan your day such that you can make it on time.

 

For my part, if I need to reschedule I will endeavour to do so with as much notice as possible.
